Actually Judith,

 

The Grid is the foundational energy system of the body.

 

Again let me repeat it. The Grid is the foundation of your body's energies.

 

The Grid is the ENERGY bedrock of all your energy systems.

 

YOU become the jumper cables (an analogy that Donna gave in Grid class) between

the two parts of the Grid that is damaged.

 

You HOLD those two sections with energy pressure of both hands as the energy

from the broken (a metaphor) ends go through you and reconnect.

 

(Please everyone. DO NOT attempt to do Grid work from the dumbed down very

non-specific steps I'm giving. There is much MORE to it. And only Donna and

Sandy have taught it.)

 

So the Grid energy DOES flow through you!

PS.Pages 193-195 of her book (blue edition) does give 4 simple and NONE

dangerous ways to restoring the Grid without doing Grid work. And, it's so COOL,

that no-where in that book is there anything about using essential oils

(SICKhahahahaSICK) to fix the Grid.
