Notice in the first case, Barb gives real good advice, based upon

Donna's book.

 

Notice that Alexxandro and NOT read the book and has no clue to what

Barb is talking about, BUT (and this is the SAD PART), " he " THINKS

he does.

 

Remember that allergies is NOT about " material thing " that push your

body to suffer...
