Yes, it's a great book.

 

And, when you read it, and actually do some of the Eden Energy

Drills, then you'll know how valid it is.

 

I've 5 copies of it, all totally underlined with different notes,

different because of the different levels I was at when I

read/studied it that time.

Excellent book, full of interesting studies, systems and ideas aplenty.

 

Funnily enough, when I was in York at one of Doc's UK seminars, I just

went for a wee stroll 'at random' and found a neat little bookshop.

 

'Hmmmmm... books' I went and walked upstairs to the discounted section

and found a nice hardback copy for about 4 quid.
