This psych goes beyond Freud (I agree with you and the US that his theories are somewhat outdated and flawed) - hence I find his viewpoints interesting.....and he keeps me on my toes - just in case I get comfy. then again why shouldn't I be comfy huh? Anyway, I digress.

 

I agree with your points about milk allergy - the discussion with the psych kinda concluded with him conceding that few psychs can help people get over an allergy yet I have had good results with EM.....and me suggesting that combining EM with psychoanalysis type work could be powerful and interesting for him....

 

OK, thanks for the affirmation of my strengths.

 

What the blazes are metadrivers? I will skip onto dogpile and have look to see if I can find any helpful info - anyone in particular I should read/look out for? I DO feel like I am missing a key element in this work - maybe the meta drivers are the missing link huh?

 

Somehow meta drivers conjures up this image of a HUGE trucker for me....wonder what that is about?

 

Well, thanks for the hints and advice - I'll keep you posted about where I get to with my quest......it's fun to search out the stuff myself first.

I know of 2 Great books on the subject of Meta

Programs. One is Figuring Out People , the other is

the User's Manual for the Brain Vol 2 both L Michael

Hall. I like these books because they give great how

to on elicitation of these meta programs, how to use

them and then how to work arround, or through them.

Great books!
