I think it's in the archives, but...

1. Make a fist of the left hand...

2. Place the right hand over the left fist...

3. Place the hands into the hollow spot just below the ziphoid

process...

4. Take a deep breath as you ...

5. HOLD that deep breath and PUSH IT OUTWARDS with your lungs...as

you PUSH INWARDS with your hands and with your elbows on the rib

cage...

Do the above drill 3 times...

....and BEWARE!

....because some people (very FEW) have gotten " light-headed "

and have

fallen, do this drill the first couple of times sitting upright in a

chair...

ANOTHER drill you can do is to massage under the rib cage, on BOTH

sides, all the way from the floating ribs up to the ziphoid process

(lower tip of the sternum)...

....you can ALSO backflush STOMACH MERIDIAN, and them forward flush it

3 times...

....you can also run a stainless steel spoon around the inside of your

mouth for about a minute...that will activate all the meridians, and

especially the Meridians that have anything to do with the mouth, or

other openings of the body...

These drills and much much more are on " Energy For Athletes "

video

series...
