Guest guest
LOL! Just for kicks I also showed the two ads to my husband this morning (who is actually in the market for a truck by the way) to see what he thought of the two. He read them both and said he preferred the more detailed ad (customized). Said it was much better written, more clear, more information. He would probably call that ad if the truck was local. The other one, (powerful) didn't provide enough information for his tastes, sketchy. What was interesting was that he said he wasn't too concerned about the price differences in the ads. Price is ALWAYS negotiable. And price is something that he would assess in person if he came to look at it. Then if interested he'd make what HE thinks is a reasonable offer. Also I'm thinking maybe a real good test would be to put the ads in two different locations and see which one gets the most calls rather than comparing them side by side. Use that info for future reference in developing a marketing strategy and for ad design.... Lori
