The diaphram breath 2. the ileoceal valve & houston valve 3. the belt line flows 4. Doing sit-backs. Sit on the floor. Tuck your feet under a chair. Your knees are bent in an " A " frame. Cross your hands on your chest. Now sit back about 35 degrees and hold that position for 10 seconds. Do it 3 sets. Do that for 5 days. There is much more but that's enough to start you off.
