I would like to find out more about TFT for my two sons who have chronic

fatigue. I am hoping to find out about other peoples experiences before i

discuss it with them.

I agree with Doc's recommendation to check out Donna Eden's Energy Medicine

I recommend getting both Donna's book " Energy Medicine " and her " Energy

Medicine Kit " pronto! The kit will help you learn quicker by adding a DVD

showing some basic exercises, flash cards, CD descriptions, etc.

 

Start with learning and doing a " 5-minute routine " . Also emphasize calming

Triple Warmer meridian and strengthening Spleen meridian. TW/Spleen

balancing is a great protocol for everyone but especially for anyone with

chronic illness and/or autoimmune issues.

 

If you can have someone test you, see if your energies are running

homolateral - this means only up and down your body and not crossing over

(very very likely - which means you are running on less than 50% of your

energy). Even if you can't get someone to energy test you, assume you are

homolateral and start doing the homolateral cross-over exercise (p. 233).
