Several years ago, I wrote my first ad and showed it to Doc....looking

for comments.

 

He laughed in my face....it was so bad.....It was, looking back on it.

 

Then I went to a couple of Doc's workshops and each one, he gave me one

more piece to the puzzle of how to create Super Thirsty Customers for

your product. I followed his instructions, and put on a workshop for

only $195. and I had over 20 folks sign up and I made over $4,000.

 

The lazy bastard I am, I didn't change a thing. No

upsells...nothing.....I was too busy making sure I kept folks happy with

tons of GOLD filled Treasures in Real Estate and teaching my secrets to

Investors that No one on the planet knows about, like I do. But then

over the years, Ithe content of my workshops became 2nd nature, and I

could focus more on open loops and upsells....and thats where I am now.

Learning and growing..One step...One skip...One Pitch..at a time.

 

So Doc, how long does it take to train folks to upsell?? should one

hire marketing based phone operators? I heard Wendi on the radio

selling some Hypno products the other day and it seems as though, she

took your advice and is doing very well.

 

After seeing your Truck Ads....I am revamping the way my fliers look,

when I want to sell a house. I used to make it with lots of features, a

photo and some payment options...but Now, It'll be fun...to spice it up

a bit. and really amp up the responses. and I can see many other areas I

can now apply my marketing skills other than just my workshops.
