Detox - Mercury Question

Thanks for the Detox info.

Right now I am very ill detoxing from Mercury and heavy metal poisoning. I've

been struggling with it since

1988.

The Mercury has settled in many organs, the liver most affected (so this

information is great), it has also affected my immune system, etc.

I am on a program right now and the side effects, are extreme.

If anyone has experience with this and could offer suggestions I would

appreciate them.

Thank You.

Love and Blessings,

Bev

When doing any detox, the liver gets an especially heavy workout (aside from

its 200 normal functions!). I recommend running Milk Thistle shakti. It is a

very gentle herb, and not only clears the liver, but helps it regenerate. I

agree with the dandelion as a general cleanser. This is what came to me that

would be helpful in this situation.

I have had quite a bit of experience with heavy metal detox, including mercury.

I work with a dentist who does filling replacement, and he sends me people for

the detox part. I don't know exactly what your program is, so I don't want to

mess with it. I do feel safe in saying that you could easily and safely add

chlorella to your program. It's an algae that chelates mercury. Safe and

without a lot of side effects. Plus you get the protein. It comes in capsules

and powder. I prefer the capsules. 3 at lunch and 3 at dinner. Or 1 tsp

powder lunch & dinner. Good luck.

Dear Dr Gay,

Thanks so much for your answer.

I agree about not messing with my program. It's the PCA spray. I have just

started using it after working on my adrenals and lymph system for several

months first.

After catching up on the posts from last week I called in the crystal and plant

devas to help clear the toxic affects as gently as possible.

I have also been using a rose quartz wand to treat my drinking water.

I will find the chlorella it sounds like an excellent addition to what I am

doing now. Thanks again.

Love and Blessings,

Bev
