How does one Activate a mandala/grid?

I have uploaded a file I wrote with an example of a grid activation.

You can find it by going to:

 

 

 

Then go to Sally's files, it's the only file in that folder.

 

In my opinion, there is no wrong way to activate a grid, as it is all

about intention. This is just a simple explanation.
