Yes, we have the body here.

I've been motivated recently to really study up on my healing skills...

guess why?

If you guessed becuase I'm a bit broken up, you're right! Nothing like a

little pain to get you moving!

So I got myself into this little file I have that contains about 99.9%

of Edgar Cayce's readings. They are a lot, and reading directly from the

readings is really exciting!!! That is one of my explanations for my

realative absence.

But a huge amount of indexing really speeds up the process!

And I've found some stuff that I will add right after I send this

message to put it to the test!

For example, in a number of strains and sprains I've found that Cayce,

or " We " recommend a massage for 10 to 30 min. (depending on the case)

with salt and pure apple vinegar, sometimes preceded by wet heat (towels

soaked with hot water). This is to be done before bedtime.

In the morning, We recommend an oil massage (peanut oil is the base, for

the complete recipe, email me and ask!).

If these activities bring on discomfort, We recommend the use of dry

heat (infrared heat) to soothe the pain.

Do that.

That in addition to alpha brainwave drills, self hypnosis, Energy

medicine drills, magnets (which I'm researching and will start it

tomorrow), etc.

Ready for questions.

Q. If I want to know Cayce's recommendations for healing X, what can I do?

A. You can buy the books that Doc has mentioned before in his other list

(mindmastery) or from now on we will look for it if asked. Since the

files are searchable, the task is relatively easy. And incredibly

exciting for Us!

We are through for the present.
