I got this from another list and thought that it might be helpful to some of you

<<...to do a meditation which is very simple and the goal is to find requirments

of parts of our bodies- as in crystals.

 

So all you need to do is get yourself into a state of relaxation and meditative

readiness.

 

Then bit by bit, starting with the top of your head, 'explore' yourself from the

inside.. feel the cells, the organs, the blood pumping around... and see if you

get a visualisation of a crystal or a colour that you need for that part of your

body at this moment in time.

 

Work your way slowly down through your eyes, throat & glands, heart, arms and

hands, the rest of the chakra points, and of course your thighs, knees, lower

legs, ankles and feet.

 

Once you finish up, write down the experience and you might perhaps need to

start looking out for some particular crystals.>>
