Hi fagone, From the solar plexus chakra cords go out locally and non-locally to those that we are emotionally attached to... ....both positively and negatively. Donna has talked about how she had to cut her cords (aka connections) with her daughter tanya when tanya was going to college in Boulder and going through some tough periods and tough decisions. These cords DO NOT deplete anyone! What the do is " connect " you through the non-local universe to others, ie family members, etc. So you get strong emotions that are NOT yours, and THEY get your strong emotions also.
