What i did when first learning them was make a drawing of it myself by copying the drawing in the book. it gave me a visual memory of the points so that i could then thump them easily from memory. > Also - Is it true that to make sure that I get the actual 'spot' >(for those times that I'm hazy - like now -lol) that I can use all >four fingers or my knuckles to tap, instead of using a couple of >fingers - because it covers a larger area AND, chances are that >I'll get the exact location of the meridian point? i'd use the 3 finger notch that donna teaches instead of the back of the knuckles, especially on the thymus gland. here's why. Donna has demonstrated that using the knuckles there actually deplete the energy from the thymus instead of energize it. i don't know if this is true of the k-27 points. The k-27 pts are the end of the kidney meridian, and seems to be a jump starter for all the other meridians. thumping them seems to instantly help the other meridian flow in the right direction.
