Protection of Animals

I have only just joined the group and have cheekily got stuck in straight

away... I also have a dog which I love immensely so I understand how you feel.

But you have no need to worry so because animals do have a built in ability to

know that you will be coming back. I really dont have much to offer as far as

crystals other than the protective amber but there are lots of others and I am

sure more experienced practitioners will reply to you. My first instinct was

for you to use the Reiki you have just learned. You may feel that as it it Reiki

1 you are not able to use it on others but I am sure the link between you and

your animals is strong enough to direct the love and protection you want. Just

ask for the help of the Reiki masters and angel guides to surround them with

love and protection, imagine that happening and shower them with golden light.

They will come to no harm. You have a good break and dont spoil it by worrying

needlessly. Positive thoughts bring positive

action! I shall send Reiki also to your pets. Take care Maurita

everyone here is amazing, even though I don't voice it, or post

much. Sorry for that. The information I have learned here is

invaluable! In May I recieved my first attunement for reiki, and I

am slowly incorporating crystals into the healing.

 

Now I come to all of you for help. My husband and I will be leaving

the country for 20 days on a cruise. My dogs, Bear and Chloe, will

be boarded at a local vets office during that time. My husband and I

don't have kids, so Bear and Chloe are so special to us that the

thought of harm coming to either of them while we are gone is causing

me sleeping problems. I had been doing some research, with no

success, on a stone or crystal that I can use for them, to protect

them and watch over them while we are gone. Any suggestions? My

initial idea was a smokey quartz crystal. Unfortunately, I only have

one of those and I would like to make each dog a pendant to wear on

their collar.

I'm just learning about crytals but check into Jet stones or hematite (check the

spelling too).
