Keeping the electrodes attached

I am using Rife equipment while I am napping. This allows me some

concentrated time.

 

When I roll over, the silver wire comes detached from the adhesive

electrode pad. Has anybody found a creative way to make sure that the

silver wire and adhesive electrode pad remain attached. I think I need

some sort of tape that bundles up some excess wire so that when the silver

wire is yanked it will have some slack? I know this sounds like a

stupid question , but any help would be appreciated.
