I keep hearing all this talk about which method is the best healing

method...

 

....well, as Donna Eden states, " None of them work if a person is in

Psychological Reversal " ...

 

....so the first thing to start with is a PR drill...

 

.... " Even though I(fill in the blanks with your project), I totally

accept and appreciate myself " ...

 

Do it out loud.

 

It it in your own words.

 

Do it three times.

 

And massage the chest lymphatic reflex point as you state the

affirmation...

 

NOW, do which ever drill you wish to.

 

The bad news is, if your are very PR'ed then the " PR fix " will only

last a few minutes...

 

So you may need to do the PR drill several times in one day.

 

For health cases, it is recommended that you use theta brain wave 3

times a day, 15 minutes each time.

 

You go into a state of physical relaxation first.

 

You go into a state of mental relaxation second.

 

The above drills do " neutralize " the Triple Warmer effect, so that

the immune system will kick back into normal gear...

 

....this is when you now do the healing visualizations, at a theta

level of mind, where the healing visualization is 1,000 times MORE

EFFECTIVE than it is at beta brain wave.

 

There is much more, but enough for now.

Thank you, Doc. I'm guessing I've been doing

something wrong, for the hcv to come barreling back on me as it

has. I will add more sessions with theta during my day.

What's especially frustrating is that just last month I had a probable

case of Rocky Mtn spotted fever that my body DID handle, and very well,

too--tick bite that turned almost black, then icky looking

red/black/purple spots on my foot, wretched headaches. However, it

had set in on the Thursday before a holiday weekend (Memorial Day), so I

knew no doctor would see me until the following Tuesday. But by

Tuesday, everything had returned to normal, so I didn't visit a doctor

for it. I honestly thought my immune system had returned to its

former healthy self--so the hcv blood test result was a blow. And

no doubt adding to my " mental poisoning " thing.

I will work with your suggestions, beginning the minute I log off.

Some of them are things I'm already doing, but not as many times a

day--and some of them I haven't been doing. Thank you very much for

this!
