And, add zinc to the above mix. And to strengthen the heart take L-Carnithene. About 500 mgs per day. To keep the arteries clear, take vitamin C, three times a day, in amounts of about 1,000 to 3,000 mgs, but you can energy test the amount. 500 mgs of B-6 also helps the clean arteries and strengthening processes. Also, using the rebounder will strengthen all hear muscles, as that use also strengthens all muscles in the body, and all ORGANS in the body. You don't need much time.
