exactly - I guess you saw my response on the ce list?

 

Identifying as George Bush has nothing to do with being switched but I was tired and couldn't be bothered to delve in to that particular topic so I responded with what I thought was humour rather than a comment that was gonna push a few buttons.

Therapist bias is crucial element to energy work. In the original post I had wondered about an emotional component to the clients identification with her name hence the weak response and hence multiple tests to chekc for switching rather than just relying on name alone. As it turned out this was not the case.

> How I wish people would leave their politics out of the healing biz--or > else it might prompt some folks, like me, to comment, as I have below....Actually when they energy test with the name George Bush, that MEANS MORE about the testor's emotional energies, than it does about the testee's energy, in most cases.Because, why?And why is a neutral name used, and name that does not trigger an emotional response in either person?At least from beginner testors, people that cannot yet separate themselves from the test by some for of dissociation?
