I also suggest you do a search of the archives of this and mindmastery-essentialskills (if you don't already belong, do yourself a favor and join ;-}) for IDD and/or Inner Demon Destroyer. With this tool you can really help yourself. Doc has a video of it. Check with him to see if it's still available. Then you can see how it's done and do it along with the video. I found that this was the best way for me to me to get started.
