Great post Sharon,

I would add the back Governing Meridian zip up also to make it much more

effective. Then you are really zipped up in a way that protects you, your aura,

your chakras and all your energies.

it's a great method of stopping other people's energies from

affecting ours! much better than, as Sandy says so

loveningly, " lighting a candle and hoping " .

One thing i do before doing the zip up is do my blessings.

If i can get my emotional energies running in a positive manner then

when i zip up i stay positive. so i bless, then i do heaven rushing

in with a very clear intention towards some process that i'm about

to start. so i bless the universe and that stuff in it that is there

to get me in alignment with the universe before i undertake any

scary task so when i face that task i am complete. so my zip up zips

inside of me the all that i can possibly be at that space in time.

it's a big help.
