Guest guest
Hi everyone, I would like some suggestions for an eight year old boy that I am treating. He was dx with Tourette's four years ago. His manifestations include head jerking, arm twitches, & very occasional inappropriate vocalization. It is exacebrated by the change in seasons and when he has a cold. He is moderately overweight (apparently due to the medication he is taking), has extremely crooked teeth, and black eye shadows. His tongue is slender, purplish red, moderate white coat with stasis dots and slv distension. Pulse is slippery and rapid overall. Other symptoms include: constipation, spring time allergies, intermittent nausea and vomiting, and he tends to feel cold. There may be other symptoms but I am working with a serious language barrier. If anyone has some suggestions, especially those who have experience with Tourette's cases that would be great. Also if anyone can direct me to some " internal wind " readings besides textbooks(Macciocia, Deng) , I would appreciate it. Thank you for your consideration, Mary
