Guest guest Posted May 31, 2005 Report Share Posted May 31, 2005 i am trying to help a friend through a tough spot, a feeling of being " stuck " , caused by continuing to occupy old thought patterns. so i offered something like, " even though things might feel bad at this moment, IF i could start feeling better/letting go/reaching a real undrstanding, how would i do that?
