Do you know which is which, and on yours does the green part look like the color of acquamarine? I made some pics the other day trying to use my friend's digital cam. I'll try to upload them. Someone told me that the BIG rock I have is glass. What does that mean? It doesn't look like glass, and I've dropped it and it hasn't broken. Any ideas? Guest guest
Wow! What a beautiful specimen! I've used apophylite only in a pyramid form, mainly on the third eye and crown chakras, and I've felt very protected using it. This is what one website says of it: Apophylite is renowned as one of the few stones powerful enough to clear negative energy out of any other stone, including Quartz. It is used magically to help develop a relationship with your Spirit Guide, or with totem animals and other magical beings that you would like to work with. It is an especially helpful stone when you are working with a Guardian Angel or angelic entities. Meditation with Apophyllite can help your magical learning by enabling you to 'remember' knowledge and skills. Where these come from is not known but some people theorise that it may be skills and information that you learnt in past lives and therefore the stone is often used to help encourage past life recall and ancient knowledge. Enjoy! May Terry wrote: > Since I'm new to this list, I've been looking at the photo file on the > page.
