I don't know if this is relevant but sometimes when someone is doing a lot of

spiritual and personal development work they will experience a sort of

recapitulation of past illnesses and emotional trauma or even a kind of

physical recall of things like injuries or drug experiences in rapid time

often this is a prelude to real transformation and healing

..Sometimes acknowledging each event and asking that you recognize the

lessons of it and release it with thanks will really propel growth and

healing .
