Guest guest
Depends entirely on the cause. Pollution: apple juice, Chaparral in extreme cases General Bacteria or Virus: Sassafrass Tea; Golden Seal eaten directly Strep: Tabasco Sauce dripped directly into the sore area. Guest guest
Good morning everyone I have just been looking at the database on crystal first aid. For sore throat it has Chrysocolla. Now how do you apply it ? Do i just hold the stone by my throat throughout the day or what ?? Please forgive my ignorance on such matters but i am new to this kind of thing. Does anyone have any other suggestions for sore throat relief maybe gargling with water in which a crystal has been soaking in ??? And if so what crystal to use ? Thank you for your assistance. Namaste Vicki.
Guest guest
You can hold the stone to your throat all day but that probably won't be convenient Literally. If you wear a turtleneck, you can tape a very small stone to your throat with surgical tape. (However, many of us are sensitive to stuff around our throats and would not be able to tolerate that.) Barring that, create an elixir with the stone using the method that Peggy posted here recently. Drink it throughout the day, and also schedule a session (perhaps a half hour to an hour) where you lie down and relax and place the stone on your throat. The color of the throat chakra is pale to medium blue. Blue lace agate, blue kyanite, and celestite are all good stones for it. You can never go wrong with turquoise. Blue has pain relief properties, too. Sometimes I find the throat needs a deeper blue, such as sodalite. I did a treatment on someone the other day; we had lots of stones around her head to draw out some problems, and all the energy moving made her throat tickle. I put a piece of white howlite at the base of her throat and she found that very soothing. If your sore throat is caused by sinus drainage, you may want to work on your sinuses, too. Believe it or not, I have used orange and yellow stones (carnelian and citrine) around my forehead to dry up that annoying, constant sinus drip. Just something you might want to play with. Blessings and I hope you feel better, Anna --- bvwebber <bvwebber wrote: > Good morning everyone > > > I have just been looking at the database on crystal first aid. > For > sore throat it has Chrysocolla.
