Yep. You are 100% correct Kelmie.

It's one of a series of grounding techniques that helps with

hormonal balancing in women (NOT men).

If you are not grounded, you probably have cold feet.

And that triple warmer is engaged full blast. If triple warmer is on

all the time, then nothing in energy medicine will work until it is

sedated properly.

So sedate triple warmer primary points and secondary points on both

sides of body.

Now you can have someone stand about 20 feet from your feet when you

are laying down and have them make 20-40 CCW spirals aimed at your

feet...

....or you can use your mind.

You imagine energy coming up to your K-1's, running up your feet, up

your thighs...

....and at the belly button see a portion of the energy loop and spin

back down the back of your legs back into the earth...

While the other portion of the energy goes up your body, around your

breasts, up through the crown chakra, and sprews out like a

fountain...

....going down the sides and back into the earth, creating a

contineous loop that energies you, your hormones, blab, blab, blab.

There are other ways for also for women.

Men need different ways.
