Our educational system is so dysfunctional that the rank amateurs (parents) beat the professional schoolteachers everytime. How sad that the pros can't tolerate competition and use tenure (originally intended for good purposes) to protect their jobs.--- On Fri, 10/17/08, M.M. <M.Realtor wrote:

This is a very old article. We have thankfully overturned that decision. As one who lives in CA I am very glad. It was a bogus decision in the first place.
