Prepare a tape recorder, and / or journal for today's notes.

 

If you use your computer as your journal but sure to insert a disc

into your computer before you save your information.

 

Prepare the object / objects you wish to work with.

 

Some people prefer metal objects - such as keys or jewelry - as metal

carries a strong frequency.

 

You can work alone or in a group - wherein each person contributes an

obect for someone else to hold.

 

Once you have determined what object you want to use - sit down in a

quiet place.

 

Hold the object in the hand that feels most comfortable to you.

 

I do everything with my right hand but use my left hand for all

psychic work as that links to right brain functioning (intuitive) -

and feels natural to me.

 

Energy always enters through the left side of the body and exits

through the right side.

 

Now that you are in a quiet, comfortable place, relax and close your

eyes.

 

Take several deeps breaths - as needed - to place you in a relaxed

alpha state.

 

If you are a new reader to this page here are some easy breathing

techniques -

 

 

Breath in through your nose - hold the breathe several seconds as is

comfortable for you

 

Slowly release the breathe through your mouth.

 

Repeat this 2 or 3 times as is comfortable.

Now take the object you have selected and hold it in your hand.

 

Relax your mind.

 

Focus on the screen in your mind.

 

A color will form ----> then a shape-----> another shape.

 

The shapes may be still or animated.

 

Begin to verbally tape what you see even if the images make no sense

at the moment.

 

If you are working in a group, each person should have a chance to

hold an object and tell the rest of the group what impressions they

get about the object - which of course references the owner of the

object.

 

Take your time with this. There is no hurry.

 

You may try more than one object - perhaps objects of different

materials.

 

But only use ONE object at a time.

 

Record the information in your journal.

 

Patience is important with this skill!
