Hi John, (To other readers. My reply presupposes that some knowledge of Energy Medicine and Energy Psychology is known. John has trained in both of those with me so I am replying to his knowledge base. John La Tourrette) You can tapp it out with the inner demon destroyer. And regardless of the physical tactics used, this should still be done. You can sedate Bladder Merdian and Cir Sex meridian. You can do the hot spa, floor/chair exercise. You can do the hot spa, door jamb exercise. In all of the above some type of deep tissue massage should be done first, for a minimum of 10 minutes. You can do it yourself like a self-spinal massage over the lower back and both sides of the spine... ....also do the Cir Sex lymphatics off of the tail bone area. Go deep. It will be painful but still necessary. Use peanut oil. Then do the door jamb (the best)... WHY? Because you are controlling the pressure into the back exactly. ....or do the floor, chair exercise. This one is less invasive, therefore it does lack the 'punch' of the door jamb drill. Have fun. John La Tourrette, PhD
Guest guest
Anders Thanks for your response Yes I see a chiropractor, do daily back stretches and tape a resonance tuner card over any particularly painful spots. It all keeps my back in reasonable shape. But I'm always on the lookout for anything that may help Vince _____ On Behalf Of Anders Benson Sunday, 1 February 2009 7:12 AM Re: long tern healing results with Herniated disck/Sciatic Vince, I have a similar situation with sciatica due to scoliosis or back sway. I'm 45 years old and it's enough to be a minor, compounding problem or enough to deal with minor, compounding inner core and mid-section strengthening. In my case, there are a LOT of muscles that are affected, some of which I wasn't aware of having (everything is all connected). I've been going to a chiropractor doctor with a sports medicine focus for adjustments and he's also been teaching me exercises, just a few at a time to keep it from being overwhelming. My problems are actually minor but require a daily regimen and thereby a lifestyle change. My mother has similar issues and is in her 70's and neglected it until a few years ago with quite a severe impact as a result. I encourage you to get evaluated and get treatment from a chiropractor (or similar medical professional) that demands your involvement and commitment to your own health as much as possible. In my case I needed to go several times a week to start with, and after a few months could taper off to adjustments every 4-6 weeks. Good luck, Anders PS I don't know much about yoga but people always ask me if I'm doing yoga exercises so there seems to be good compatibility. Get yoga videos or books and strech until you find the best ones for what's ailing you, especially if chiropractic/professional treatment is too great a financial stretch.
