Guest guest Posted December 30, 2008 Report Share Posted December 30, 2008 I was thinking the other day about past events in my own life, more specifically about high stress situations.One thing I realized that was when I am in that high stress situation I:A. Go into a deep internal state B. As a result, lose much external awareness. My first main concern is with losing my external visual awareness, probably about 85 - 90% of it. This basically translates into about a 30 degree range of visual awareness (15 degrees out in any direction from my focal point), as compared to 100 degrees plus. I would much appreciate any help in expanding that awareness in high stress situations, whether those situations be a matter of safety and survival or in a simple social setting.
