how can I use it to my advantage?

Currently I'm into the habit of seeing things as resources

so I was thinking...I often daydream throughout the day(yeap,I know

everybody does,but for me it's more important than for other people,I

think).Sometimes just for the fun of it,sometimes to make life more

bearable.It immediately makes me feel good and even a few times pulled

me out of depressive states.But,it can be a time waster.Plus sometimes

I feel I maybe have less of an urge to change things in my life

because I feel self satisfied when I daydream

So I was thinking,how would you use daydreaming to your advantage if

you were in my shoes?

I brainstormed a few ideas(and tried them) but I'd like to explore

more options.And I'm curious to hear your suggestions
