Guest guest
Could anyone tell me what I missed when I did the IDD for a migraine, which I don't get often, didn't work as good as I wished. I was fine, this morning and then a few things happened and I don't know if that had anything to do with my migraine. Most likely! Nothing has helped, maybe a tad but it still is full blown headache. I think I was rubbing in the right spots, as I would keep feeling for where it huts the most when rubbing the intention and even for the tapping part. And I kept tapping on all the things of why I have this migraine. Any suggestions, of what I can do to do it better?? Diane

Not until you give us specifics. What was the original SUDS? What was your original " set-up " statement? What was your TAPPING PROCEDURE (you mentioned " rubbing " )? The RUBBING procedure is NOT normally for a migraine, but can be used effectively for that by some experienced people. What was your SUDS when the COMPLETE PROTOCOL was finished? How did you emphasize the words? We need specifics. John M. La Tourrette, Ph.D.

Even though I have this i.e. Migraine, I don't know why I have this migraine, I have this migraine because of stress that had happened. And even though I don't know why I have this tension in my neck. I accept and appreciate my self > > What was your TAPPING PROCEDURE (you mentioned " rubbing " )? I did the K27's like you have in the IDD for the " set-up " statement. then I tapped above the eye, side, underneath the eye, then upper chin, lower chin, then crossed hands and tapped on k27's again and then the sides then the gramut point on the hand between the breast bone and had it then I did the 9 gramut sequence. > > The RUBBING procedure is NOT normally for a migraine, but can be used > effectively for that by some experienced people. > > What was your SUDS when the COMPLETE PROTOCOL was finished? Now today I have a sore throat and my whole body aches. > > We need specifics. > > John M. La Tourrette, Ph.D. >
