Stress? Taking appropiate action is always the answer!

Good point Lori,

Now I'm going to bring up something that everyone is seeming to miss.

Here it is.

It's a question. What's stress for?

For example, I'm working on a project. I had difficulty figuring out

what to do in a certain situation.

Using the Inner Demon Destroyer (I love it) will NOT give me the answer

to what is causing the stress, an unsolved project.

So I go to bed last night, and stayed awake for a bit, thinking about

the project.

Then using " The Kahuna ESP Mind/Dream Learning " I went to theta brain

wave and told myself to give me a solution to the project I had in mind.

About 4 hours later I woke up with a solution.

I couldn't make any sense out of the solution.

So I went back to theta using the Kahuna ESP Mind, and asked myself

another question. " If I knew consciously what the solution I got meant,

what would I realize " .

Then at that level of mind I just waited for the answers. And the did

float into my mind, a mind that was ready for them and did notice them.

Then got out of bed, wrote them down, and then implemented them today.

I'm still implementing them, and when I go to bed tonight there will be

NO stress because the problem that caused the stress has been solved,

worked out, and run through with practical how-to's, and implimented.

Just erasing the stress is NOT always the best answer.

Just sedating Triple Warmer is almost NEVER the correct answer.

Taking appropiate action is always the answer, but an answer that many

do not want to accept.

Sincerely,

Doc and Lori I did like your different approaches. Since I need to

get stuff done sometimes I combine both to relax a bit, and then to

force myself to do what is necessary.

So I do reward myself at the end of everyday with something that I

enjoy doing. Something like reading a special book. Watching a

special movie. Doing an activity I like doing.

Sandy

Ps. I did like the post you did Doc over on mindmastery-

essentialskills on the same topic. Thank you.
