The castor oil will not be as effective as it could be UNLESS you do

the complete procedure.

1. Get wool flannel

2. soak the wool flannel in castor oil

3. wrap the foot with the wool flannel soaked in castor oil

4. wrap saran wrap around the foot, flannel and castor to keep the

leakage to a minimum.

5. put an 8 hour heat wrap around it, then go and sleep for 8 hours.

Continue until healed.

It does work when you do it right.

More notes.

Continue with the reflexology. That massage is good.

Add to it the spreading of K-1 on the bottoms of both feet.

Add to it the deep kneading of the gait reflexes.

Be sure and tap strongly the insides of both feet, where the Spleen

meridian runs.

And you can add the Brazilian toe technique because of the energy

releases.

The vitamin C talked about by someone else, will DO MORE GOOD if you

take it as a vitamin supplement. C helps the body manufacture

collagen. Very good for connective tissue regeneration.

Take 1 tbls on Olive oil daily. This also helps the connective

tissue.

The last person that I gave this to was virtually pain free in 3

weeks, after almost a year of M.D.'s negative advice.

Now some of the pain has started again BECAUSE she stopped doing the

drills. Now she's started doing the drills again. She is again pain

free and can do her Curves, running on the treadmill and the

rebounder.

It takes work, knowledge and PERSISTENCE!
