It depends on the 'feelings' that you get from the dream. If it's bad feelings, depression, fear, shame, etc... Then its' about an away from. Something that your unconscious knows you need to take care of but have not yet done so. > For example i have 3 dreams where people in strange > places are speaking perfect english and i wonder, why > in my dreams happens this? i don't speak very fluent > like people were doing in my dreams. Normally it's NOT that when it's about a specific skill acquisition. > Or could be happen than my unconcious known how to > speak fluent english and my conscious don't? It could be, but... ....I think that the dreams shows the possibility of what could be " if " ... Now, do you want to speak good english? If so, do a Clarity Model on that, and a Future Time Line on that " as if " you already had that skill...feeling good about it. Then from that position of skill acquistion, look back to the present and notice what you had to do first...second, etc. I'll tell more later if you (or anyone else) is interested. Just got a call from the wife and we are meeting for supper. I've got 14 minutes to get there. www.mentaltrainingsecrets.com
Guest guest
Hello, I agree with Dr. John about the feelings part of the dream. Some years back I was very much into understanding my dreams. I found that feelings were a good guide to understanding any dream. I also experienced that my emotions (whether happiness, sorrow or a warning) were magnified several times in the dream and it was impossible to ignore them. I used to get dreams of driving and swimming both of which I enjoyed tremendously in my dreams. Years later when I went to learn swimming I found that I did not have the fear of water and enjoyed swimming very much. I am interested in what Dr. John can share further to his post.
