Sure.

1. Walk around when on the plane.

2. about every two hours do the 3 thumps, and do Connecting between

Heaven and Earth.

While on the ground during layovers.

3. redo the 3 thumps.

4. massage the gait reflexes on the top of the feet. These are the

spaces between the bones leading down to the toes.

5. Massage the bottom of both feet but in a manner that starts at K-

1 and goes outward. You spread the bottom of the foot, by stretching

it hard with both hands.

6. Then you take a stainlesssteel table spoon and spoon the bottom

of your bare feet for a couple of minutes.

7. Be sure to massage the outer thighs, starting at the hips and

going down the sides of both thighs to the knees. Go deep. This

removes toxins from your large intestine NLPR.

8. Then massage the inner things, starting just below the groin and

goind down the insides of both thigs to the knees. Go deep. This

removes toxins from your small intestine NLPR.

That will really help reground you and reconnect your bodies

energies with the Earth.

In fact you'll be better than when you started.
