Not really. Everyone can easily open their third eye when specific

steps are taken, just like anyone that is average mentally can learn

how to read, write and do arithematic.

By this I mean that to achieve 3rd level competancy only takes about

10 hours (verifiable!) of proper training in whole brained hookups.

 

Then, once that skill is learned THEN you can graduate from

kindergarden, to grade school, to Junior high school, to Senior

High, to the University, to a Master's degree, to a Ph.D...and on

and on...

 

And, yes, you can spin a magnet, and you can activate it with a

crystal, blab, blab, blab...but those methods are minor methods at

best.

Hello Doc,

Thanks for the confusing message. The message of the

person who wanted to know how to open the third eye

brought me to ask myself a lot of questions and

hopefully through all these messages I can find the

solution. The area I have a problem in is to reconcile

what I was brought up to think and what I am learning

here. If I can formulate the question (understand it

is not easy to put in words what I am thinking right

now) is how come it takes only 10 hrs to reach a

competency in the third eye and it took years for the

saints/prophets/sufis to reach that stage? I will be

very grateful to have any light shed on that. I am

actually stuck at this point nowadays.

 

Through your response you were asking about the

intention, well the intention is to activate the third

eye.

Sit in a quit place, control your breath ....and then

focus on the object you want and in this case it will

be the third eye. And the intention? it was always to

activate the third eye.

Are you wanting to open the third eye just for the sake of opening it?

Once its open, then what? From what I've learned, opening the third

eye is usually a " part " of a larger technique such as using your

mental screen to work on projects.

Without thought, how can you have intention? Without intention, I

don't see this as a very valid drill for obtaining the stated outcome

of activating the third eye.

Instead, why not 'live at cause', decide what you want and go get it.

As Doc stated there are many proven methods of doing this. It may take

time, and a little effort, but great skills are never free.

You can do a drill like " open your third eye " , correctly, relatively

fast. However, the learning doesn't need to stop there. You can take

learning that drill through all the levels of competency until you can

effectively teach the skill, and combine it with other technologies to

enhance it further.

The answer to your question is covered in the Secret Teachings of the Masters

martial arts tapes, probably off topic for this list, BUT the reasons behind the

SECRETS and how they kept their SECRETS and shared their SECRETS is on topic,

especially when you stop to consider the way that Doc shares information with

this group. There are many, many SECRETS hidden in these posts. Some will get

them. Some won't.

 

There are many reasons why the teachings are and have been stretched out to

cover years -- even a lifetime.

 

1) The master / teacher / guru didn't want any competitions.

2) The master / teacher / guru wanted to make sure his students only had enough

workable knowledge to keep them coming back for more.

3) People with real, demonstrable skills ended up dead because the ones in

power didn't want others knowing their secrets.

4) The person best qualified to demonstrate and teach the skills was not always

the most socially acceptable person. So the " nicer " person who had people

skills was sent to teach others " dumbed down, " although socially acceptable

" skills " .

5) Some secrets are revealed to the student, and they only get more secrets

when they take action on what they already know and / or ask questions about the

open loops that the teacher just gave them.

 

One example would be when Doc says, now if you just add the Theta training to

this drill.... Geez, I wonder what he meant when he said that? What's

important about doing the thought forms at Theta? There's a real secret there

that people have lusted for and murdered for over many hundreds and thousands of

years. But how many people will actually do the damn drill...

 

Another example of Hidden SECRETS is the " unzip / insert smile energy " drill

that Doc gave us a couple of years ago. There are MANY SECRETS hidden in that

drill, SECRETS that no one will ever notice unless they just go do the drill a

bunch of times. And then from that drill, we learned even more good stuff, like

the " Norma " drill, for example.

 

So those are some of the reasons behind the secrets and why it takes time to

learn and get real good mastery with those secrets..

 

In addition, the people in the past that you referenced did not know the

technologies to get to proper brain wave states that we now have. They did not

have the modeling skills that we now have so that you can learn expert

techniques in a fraction of the time that it would otherwise take.

 

And if you WANT to take an entire lifetime to learn basic psychic skills, it's

still possible to do it that way.

 

But why would you, when you can learn faster instead...

this is a big one!

 

I think what is happening with Peace is she doesn't know what really

is behind the opening of the third eye.

 

She doesn't know that it is the use of certain portions of your brain

and of your endocrine system that is activated by visual methods using

imagination and visualization, which are attribute of all the minds,

and one of the primary communication methods between those 3 minds.

 

So it'w what goes on inside your brain, both sides of it, so you are

hooked up to the subjective world while at the side time the left

brain is hooked up to the objective world, so the information you get

with mind travel is accessed with the conscious mind.

 

The portion of the skull outside that tool of psychic enhancement is

the 3rd eye, or the eyebrow chakra.

 

so the big news is, no does not have to spiritual, nor enlightened to

gain those Higher Sense Perceptions and calibrations.

Oh, and what's really neat is that when you DO THE DRILLS and GET THE

SKILLS, it doesn't take long to get to the point where you begin to

form the conscious connections to a greater source of knowledge and

you don't necessarily even need to depend on someone else outside of

yourself to reveal the " secrets " to you bit by little bit for

whatever petty little reasons they may have if you don't want to.

 

You reach the point where you ask a question and the answer

is " given " to you, and then some you hadn't even asked for. You have

to be observant, expectant, and act on those answers, it keeps the

energy moving is how I see it. I think of it as an exchange of

energy. Action and reaction. Indicate your interest and more will

come to....and you'll undoubtedly have more questions as you proceed.

 

And...often you don't know the questions to ask until you reach a

certain point which is why it is important to keep at it, to practice

so you can progress. Think about it, would a kindergartener know to

ask about calculus, differential equations or Laplace transforms? I

am a newcomer to much of this and didn't fathom even a few months ago

that I'd be doing some to the things I am able to do now. I'll never

stop learning. This is just too much fun. More fun than Laplace

transforms anyway...

 

DO the #@*^ drills, use the #@*^ skills. Doc and many others give a

wealth of information and knowledge here to get anyone going in the

right direction, quickly. This is a great group.

 

These are just my observations so far as a happy " neophyte " and I

have much yet to learn before graduation into metaphysical

gradeschool.
