I have had ulcirated colitis for a few years and according to two doctors I had to be on steroids to make it better and two other medications. I am not a person who likes to take meds, so I, of course didn't take them. Lately I have been feeling under the weather and went back to one of the doctors who said that I needed to have a colonoscopy (yucky)......In the mean time I put myself on my mental screen and did some stuff to my intestines that just came to mind spontaneously. I did it, as Doc suggested, with actually reaching out while in Alpha/Theta and using my hands. This test today also gave me a good chance to actually observe my heart rate on a monitor. When I got in there, my heart rate was 100 bpm....I did two rounds of EFT tapping and it went down to 82 bpm. Anyway, to make a long story short, after doing the screen method 4-5 times, in the last month, the doctor told me today, that my colitis had healed itself completely...and he had a surprised expression on his face. This really confirms it for me, that I don't have to have a reverse outcome when I "program". I was so happy I went out and bought a rebounder, since I threw my old one out. Still more tests, and such, for other things, but I thought I would share this experience. Thanks you guys......and especially Doc. Hi Cris: I would agree with you, and do, but I also went "in" and asked what is the lesson in this for me (in my colitis and kidneys) and the answers that came back were interesting, in that I needed to look at my life and how I am doing things, and that I have come to accept pain as a natural part of my life.....both physically, circumstantially and emotionally. As I said, I have had colitis for years, and I have grown to accept pain as part of my life. The answers that I got, made a lot of sense...I am not out of the woods yet, but I think all our body parts have an intelligence and we (ME)....don't always listen to the messages that they are trying to tell us (ME). Perhaps my colitis felt heard, and had served it's purpose? I also sent love to the parts that aren't perfect yet. Paulina PS: I joined the ce group too, thank you. Every problem is CREATED by its solution. As my Uncle Jerry says, " The real currency in this world is not money, it is attention. " (Attention creates money.) IF you widen your attention you will always find the polarity of what you are focused on. (There is always Yang with Yin and visa-versa. Yin/Yang are not separated.) In other words were there is pain there is pleasure right there. It is either surrounding it or on the other side of it or in the middle of it. If you haven't been able to remove something, sit with it, embraced it and go into the center of it and you will find what is under it, what's behind it, what created it and it will be the opposite of it.
