One part that has NOT yet brought up, is " who's his target? "

Yes, I know he's teaching at a STR, but is it for the teachers for

themselves? Or, is it for the teachers for their students?

This is important.

Teachers want different " stuff " for themselves, than they do for

their students.

And, there is a total different orientation as far as WIIFM.

I also noticed that someone said, " don't overload them " , which might

or might not be good for the teachers.

Let me tell you " why " I say that and " why " it is important.

As a " motivational " point, you ALWAYS overload them with the

benifits that are isomorphic to THEM that THEY will receive. Pile it

on, and on, and on...

....now on the practical drills, " yes " , then the drills need to be

simple and direct with time to assimilate all the various types of

learners, from molasses brains that take 5 hrs,to lightening heads

that get it and can do it in 10 minutes.

In 45 minutes you do NOT have time to do that type of " attention " .

So, to bypass that problem, spend much time on demonstrations, and

NOT on them doing the drills (only 45 minutes, right?).

So, what's YOUR PURPOSE in doing the 45 minute gig?

Is it to get more paying clients? To spread the gospel? To increase

your speaking, performance skills?

Know that also, and then dovetail what you desire with what they

desire, and accidentally filling in what they " need " covertly.

And, if it is more paying clients, there is a specific and very

valuable method you should be using at the front end, during the

middle, and on the tail end.
