Guest guest
Hi all! Newbie here. I'd like to contribute my health and healing experience and it focuses on green tea. My afternoon headaches have completely stopped ever since I resolved to drink one steaming cup of nice green tea in the morning. I feel so relaxed and so refreshed in the afternoon. But to get the long-term curative effects of green tea, one must start drinking early in life. Start by drinking a nice cup of green tea after lunch or dinner. It dissolves all the grease and fat from the meal and flushes it out of your system. Remember, prevention is better than cure. Be back soon! Guest guest
I don't remember if it is black or green tea, but I remember to have read that one of these tea leaches out iron in your food when both (the tea and the iron) are present in your digestive system. Therefore I would keep a time gap between meal and tea intake. Ratan.
