Dear Country Girl,

 

I'm almost to the point that if I can't buy it at a health food store, I

don't need it. That way I limit the number to toxic chemicals that I get

in personal care products to a fraction of what Walmart sells.

 

I also spend a lot of time, in a FIR sauna, detoxifying.
