Guest guest
When a herbal preparation maker in china recently moved its buisness across the street, they found some of the wax coated honey ball type of herb pills that were made four centuries ago. When they tested the batch, they found the lot was perfectly preserved, and dosage and quality to be just fine. Modern technology isn't always all it is promised. Good manufacturing standards sound good, but for a safe industry like herbs and supplements it is not useful. The buisness polices itself. Herbs in bulk from china (as everywhere else) are naturally variable in quality somewhat, so adjustments on the user end are made. Good communication between grower, maker, buyer and seller, and freedom of fear from giant marketing pressures will keep flexibility in place.
