Guest guest Posted June 15, 2004 Report Share Posted June 15, 2004 Does anyone have experience of using self-hypnosis, or plain old regular hypnosis, as a means to internalize affirmations in self or others - especially Louise Hay- types of affirmations to increase balance and well-being?
