Guest guest Posted May 25, 2004 Report Share Posted May 25, 2004 Divine Patience The Voice of God/Goddess within wants to touch my misled mind with a healing Love Yet still I want, what I want The Love of God/Goddess within wants to fill my heart with wisdom that brings peace and ease Yet still I want, what I want The Spirit of God/Goddess within wants to guide my steps towards fulfillment beyond my greatest desires And still I want, what I want I find myself frustrated, angry, hurt and dismayed ready to throw in the towel, harden my heart and withdraw into an abyss of self righteous self pity When I began to see, how wanting life my way was affecting me And after a rain of healing tears I let go of wanting my way to let God/Goddess's Love and Wisdom unfold my life And now I grow Lighter, Stronger and more Fulfilled with each day ©2004 Frank E.
