Guest guest
Hi Florie, Another way to not feel so helpless, but also allow your neighbor her own path is to send energy to the situation, intending that it work out for her highest good. I find that it helps me let go of needing it to work out the way I want it to, and allows me to feel that I have done my part. I don't think we often know another soul's path, especially when their actions make no sense to us. But we can always send prayers, Reiki, light, whatever you like, to make that path easier. Someone might still have to learn a lesson by experiencing what we see as failure, but our added good wishes might make it faster, or easier to recover from, or even help them relax enough to open their mind to another way to learn it. And in my experience it eases a lot of the tension between us, because I am no longer sending out " but you're doing it wrong! " vibes, and am able to accept them and their path. My own natural tendency is to say " it would be so much easier if you just do it right " (aka " my way " ), and learning to send energy to help them do whatever it is they are going to do is still new. I generally try to connect them to a golden energy net surrounding the earth, and ask for clarity so everyone involved can see clearly. Well, I hope something here helps --or helps you figure out something more helpful. Guest guest
Dear Bonnie and Debbie; Thank you both for your suggestions about sending energy to my sick neighbor. Both of your posts were thought-provoking, and I think I'm really on my way to deciding how to best handle this particular situation. I appreciate everyone's help and good wishes. Be well, Florie PS: Hey, Debbie, stop lurking! You've got too much to offer--please share it. Thanks in advance.
