You can get banchu tea at any oriental grocery - just ask. My biggest

suggestion on sinus stuff is to ellimnate the dairy in your life - all of it. I

used to have terrible hayfever and excess weight and now bike in the highest

pollen counts and am a size 2 and very happy - can breathe - by cutting out the

only have one life to live. Even if you believe that you keep coming back until

you get it right you still need to make a big and true effort this time around.
