Guest guest
Sh#*#!! I gave a great description of a cord-breaking exercise and then forgot one of the most important parts! I've recopied it here for you, but please add ... When you are working to clear each chakra and you've pulled and pulled to get that invisible cord out as much as possible THEN ... CUT the thing! Yes, just make your fingers be scissors and snip right through that cord! I quickly follow by using both hands to make a brushing away of any leftover residue, THEN I go to the next chakra. (Sorry 'bout that!) Susette P.S. Kay Gardner has done LOTS of work on music and healing including the chakras, I think. Her URL is . . . . how confusing! I thought this message took off without me, so I sent another one to finish what I was saying. But here it is. Oh well! <snip> > > I have a simple chakra exercise/meditation I have done several times to > break cords. Sometimes unexpected stuff comes up around a cord that gives me > a chance to get to know myself better and release old energy patterns. > Sometimes a break is emotional painful.
