Guest guest
Hi all - My thanks for the Hay House website. I hadn't thought to look for Louis Hay on the Internet, I don't know why. About possession/control/cording. The Celestine Prophecy series talks about energy production and stealing, which is directly related to cording. I have a simple chakra exercise/meditation I have done several times to break cords. Sometimes unexpected stuff comes up around a cord that gives me a chance to get to know myself better and release old energy patterns. Sometimes a break is emotional painful. But I'm always reassured that if you break a cord to someone you love, it's easy enough to reform it. Here is the exercise. I sit comfortably, breathe deeply, go into a light meditation. I surround myself with Light. Then using a pulling out motion with both hands, I start at the root chakra, imagining that I am pulling out a rope/cord/hose of whatever/whomever is attached there. I pull and pull and pull, alternating hands (almost as though I'm milking myself), until it feels or looks clean in my mind's eye. Then I go up to the next chakra, the emotional one, and do the same thing. I keep going until I reach the crown chakra. With each one, I look as I pull to see who or what is there. If releasing one is too powerful to stay in meditation, I stop at that chakra and let myself cry/rage or whatever. I do not move to the next chakra, but stop there, keep cleaning until it's gone, and then finish the meditation. The finish is very important. With each chakra now " empty " they need to be filled with something, or they'll take that old stuff back again or let in new junk. So I always finish off by starting back at the root chakra and filling each one with Light until its vaccuum is gone. When I've finished filling each chakra that I worked with in that session, then I imagine my whole body surrounded in Light, glowing with Light, radiating out into the space around me and keeping me protected in Light. After that I do something to celebrate the release. It's a wonderful feeling that deserves expression!
